The exhibition uncovers the artwork of Stockton descendant Virginia Snedeker (1909–2000). A regular contributor of interior and cover art for The New Yorker during the 1930s through the 1950s, Snedeker also completed post office murals for the Federal Works Agency. The exhibit is drawn from a collection of over 400 paintings, drawings, photographs, and memorabilia.
